q To achieve targets set on the generation of Mortgage Appointments for the network of Financial Consultants and valuation managers. q To achieve targets set on the generation of Valuation appointment for the network q To ensure compliance with legal requirements and company service standards q To provide support to branch network, Customer Service Consultants and Team Managers q To provide support and resolution to customer enquiries q Maintain and develop effective team relationships q Ensure that the correct processes are adhered to q Comply with all legislation and company standards and procedures q Ensure data is collated accurately and distributed q Proactively use diary system to ensure all appropriate leads are followed up, thereby maximising potential conversion rate. q Ensure all leads are attempted within specified timescale following receiptKey outputs:
