Head of Business Performance
Do you have proven strategic planning experience in a service management environment, demonstrable experience in an ICT business management role responsible for people, budgets and services and knowledge/experience of managing change in a very large organisation? Can you deliver large projects and programmes with £multi-million budgets using formal project management methodologies? Our client has the requirement for a challenging Senior Management position responsible for two groups of employees within the organisation with two very dissimilar primary functions. You will have expert understanding of ICT and its application within business, some print and design experience would be beneficial and an ITIL qualification would be a distinct advantage. The successful candidate will have outstanding leadership and motivational skills, facilitation, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, be have a problem solving nature with a strategic outlook and an in depth knowledge of the IT industry, trends and future direction.
