Commis Chef

As a Commis Chef, you will play key role in supporting the culinary team with essential food preparation and assisting with finishing meals.
The ideal Commis Chef will have a passion for cooking and will have already gained a basic understanding of food preparation probably through the achievement of a relevant NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in addition to a basic food hygiene certificate.
As well as these culinary skills, the successful Commis Chef is likely to thrive in a busy and challenging environment, be a great team player with an eagerness and ability to learn new skills in order to develop within our culinary team.
Technical Skills
