2 x HR Officers- 6-9 Month Maternity cover

Two HR Officers are required for a large department in the NHS looking after Employee Relations  You will be responsible for your own case load, covering disciplinary and grievance. 

Advise and support management and employees on a range of people related issues, ensuring compliance at all times with Company policy and statutory legislation. 

You will also be responsible for supporting  the development and delivery of a range of new HR projects and initiatives, in conjunction with the wider HR team.
Advising management on sensitive employee matters, such as grievance, disciplinary and redundancy procedures in order to avoid potential disputes, ensuring all issues are fully documented.
You will need to adopt a proactive approach in order to influence management decision-making.
You will also be able to build and maintain strong relationships with managers and employees, to ensure HR remains responsive to business needs and expectations.

You will require at least two years experience as an HR Officer or HR Manager, with excellent knowledge of employment law. You will possess the full CIPD qualification. 

This role is either a 6 or 9 month contract.
