Performance Analyst Exeter • Permanent • £24000 - £30000 About our client: A well known and extremely well established organisation based in Exeter. Description: The Performance Analyst will need to become an expert on the performance of this business areas Segment. This will include the business processes, the commercial underpinning, and the relationship between operational and financial performance. The post holder will be responsible for supporting the Performance Manager in developing internal relationships to enable the team to become the business’s first choice for advice on financial performance. There will also be significant interaction with the Reporting and Control team in support of specific reporting. The post holder will be responsible for producing independent reports on the performance of the supply business in order to facilitate its effective management and control. The job requires the intellectual capacity to understand the complex nature of the industry and the associated systems and processes. An ability to promote new ideas and new ways of working is also required. Delivery of objectives will be as part of a small team which will be based in Exeter. Profile: Qualifications and Experience Degree or equivalent qualification in a numerical subject or sufficient work experience Experience/understanding of producing high quality financial and performance reporting
