This is a fantastic opportunity in one of the leading outsourcing companies specilaising in HR and marketing administration, data management, promotions,staff benefit packages and training management. We are looking for a special individual to maintain and develop an international FTSE 100 client account in the areas of: Clients primary contact point for all areas of information processing, support, issue resolution and system maintenance. Pro-active and sustainable account development through new opportunities and relationships. Undertake all processes and activity required to support the client including the management of work delegated to other teams. Maintain and enhance a client critical bespoke web enabled database system. Negotiate and allocate back office team resources. The key accountabilities for this role will be in all areas of Account development, client support and service delivery. The successful candidate will be an excellent high level communicator with excellent project management skills (ideally Prince 2 or equivalent) with a technical mind regarding IT, e,g A Basic understanding of web enabled technologies and solutions, basic understanding of database server technologies and solutions, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Advanced query building through Microsoft Access and data analysis and manipulation through Microsoft Access. You will also ideally have experience of working with a FTSE 100 company. You will be goal oriented, assertive, honest and will be someone who takes ownership and responsibility at all times.
