Skills Testing
As part of our Assessment solutions, we offer a product called Kenexa which tests candidates' skills to identify and select the most suited candidates for certain roles. This software covers a number of validated assessments for clerical, software, call centre and financial classifications.
Training
The software, Kenexa has an entire group of learning professionals devoted to providing client training. Our learning professionals also provide insight on best practices regarding assessment and development systems. Kenexa offers classroom training as well as eLearning and interactive solutions, and provides a combination of modules designed to maximise efficiency whilst maintaining the integrity of the learning experience. The training covers software training and general clerical training.
