Assessment/Training for Candidates
At Mango Personnel, we strive to be on a level with our candidates and therefore we do try to make people feel as comfortable as possible, so we can fully understand their requirements. Depending on the positions suitable to the candidate, we provide a comprehensive, yet friendly interview.
As part of our interview process, we can also assess candidates on the following:
- Computer software testing ie: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
- Financial software testing, ie: Sage, Quickbooks and SAP
- Competency testing: data entry, typing, which includes speed and accuracy testing
- Numerical and spelling tests
- Proof-reading and letter writing tests
- Language testing
- Shorthand, legal and medical typing tests.
The software that we currently use provides candidate training. The training covers software and clerical training.
