Nicky Dunn MREC
Nicky founded Mango Personnel in 2000, she saw an opening for a Recruitment Agency which needed a fresh and professional approach. She believes that consultants should not be fighting each other to beat their targets, but are purely focused on the needs of candidates and the provision of first class service to prospective applicants and clients alike. Nicky is qualified in Marketing and HR, she now heads up the Commercial and Accounts Division.
Steve Rogers Cert RP
Steve is a recruiter with a strong sales and account management background. His excellent communication skills enable him to develop and maintain effective and customer focussed relationships. Steve has a variety of experience ranging from commercial sales and marketing, to charity sector fundraising recruitment, and is always building strong relationships with a wide range of clients in the Southwest.
James - Commercial Recruitment Manager
Having started out in Commercial Recruitment three years ago with a High Street National and working his way up into Search and Selection, James is delighted to have joined Mango as he has re-kindled his passion for local recruitment. James says customer service is paramount when building relationships with both clients and candidates. His background in various different industries has given him the versatility and tenacity to understand both the clients needs and candidates goals.
Annabel McCabe- Recruitment Consultant
Annabel has a wealth of knowledge in recruitment as she has worked for a High Street National Recruitment agency and owned her own business. These experiences have given her a unique aspect on recruitment both introducing and recruiting staff. Annabel's ethos is to give excellent customer service which builds up a great rapport with customers and clients alike.
Kate Rothwell - Senior Recruitment Consultant
Kate is an independent freelance consultant with over 15 years commercial recruitment experience throughout the Southwest. She looks after a number of regionally headquartered private companies who prefer to outsource their recruitment needs. Kate is proud to provide a single point of contact for a select number of clients. Each vacancy is treated as in individual project to which Kate applies her extensive industry knowledge. Kate is highly effective at understanding the specific, often specialist needs of the companies she works with and will only recruit for a key number of vacancies at any one time. She provides a fresh approach to commercial recruitment and new clients will enjoy a professional service which they will come to rely upon.
Ruth Belton MREC
Based on reception Ruth looks after all of the offices administration needs, meets and greets our clients and answers the telephone. Ruth offers support to the recruiters and with her 6 years of Commercial and Engineering recruitment experience she is able to provide strong backup to the team.
Julia Walters
Julia has worked in finance and administration for 20 years and has held positions as finance director and company secretary. She has extensive experience of all aspects of company administration including payroll, accounts, period end routines, systems design, implementation and reporting.
Consultants Training
As a client or candidate you need to be in professional hands and would expect high standards from our Recruitment Consultants. Therefore we ensure all our members of staff undertake the industry minimum standard professional qualifications through the REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation). The minimum qualification they would receive would be the Certificate in Recruitment Practice and consultants undergo a six month course with a following exam to entitle them to use FREC, MREC, Cert RP after their name.
