Nicky Dunn MREC
Nicky founded Mango Personnel in 2000, she saw an opening for a Recruitment Agency which needed a fresh and professional approach. She believes that consultants should not be fighting each other to beat their targets, but are purely focused on the needs of candidates and the provision of first class service to prospective applicants and clients alike. Nicky is qualified in Marketing and HR, she now heads up the Commercial and Accounts Division.
The Smart Mango Car
The Mango Car has been with us since 2003 and has done us proud! The car has been widely recognised over the years as we are environmentally conscientious it is very good for our Carbon footprint.
Julia has worked in finance and administration for 20 years and has held positions as finance director and company secretary. She has extensive experience of all aspects of company administration including payroll, accounts, period end routines, systems design, implementation and reporting.
Steve Rogers Cert RP
Steve is a recruiter with a strong sales and account management background. His excellent communication skills enable him to develop and maintain effective and customer focussed relationships. Steve has a variety of experience ranging from commercial sales and marketing, to charity sector fundraising recruitment, and is always building strong relationships with a wide range of clients in the Southwest.
As a client or candidate you need to be in professional hands and would expect high standards from our Recruitment Consultants. Therefore we ensure all our members of staff undertake the industry minimum standard professional qualifications through the REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation). The minimum qualification they would receive would be the Certificate in Recruitment Practice and consultants undergo a six month course with a following exam to entitle them to use FREC, MREC, Cert RP after their name.
